Currently, he serves as the Judicial Police Coordinator at the Special Administrative Unit of Migration Colombia. Throughout his career, Juan Carlos has demonstrated exceptional leadership, supervision, and problem-solving abilities, contributing to significant organizational improvements and resource optimization.

Juan Carlos has held several key positions, including Director's Assistant for the Andean Region and Head of Judicial Police and Shift Supervisor at Migration Colombia. He spent 12 years as a detective with the Administrative Security Department (DAS), working in both the Caldas sectional and at the central level in Bogotá.

Master's Degree in Advanced Studies, Terrorism Analysis, and Strategies from the International University of La Rioja in Spain.
